Dr. Stephen Krzeminski 
Dr. Krzeminski is Board Certified in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Krzeminski received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Syracuse University. He went on to receive his medical degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, IL. He completed his otolaryngology/facial plastic surgery internship and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, serving as the Chief Resident.
Dr. Krzeminski is a Fellow in the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is a former Chief of Surgery at Lake Granbury Medical Center and former President of Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Granbury.
Dr. Krzeminski is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Texas Medical Association, Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, Texas Association of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, American Osteopathic Association, Pan American Allergy Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
He has been practicing in Texas for over 20 years and performing balloon sinus surgery in the office and operating room for over 13 years. He started the Lakeshore ENT allergy program in 1999, treating hundreds of patients with both traditional subcutaneous and needle-free sublingual immunotherapy.
